David D. Goss is a California-licensed CPA and California-licensed attorney. He holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, and a degree of Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the State Bar of California. Before becoming a founding shareholder and Vice President of GMH Tax Credits, Inc. in 2010, David was a Firm Director with Boos & Associates, a regional full-service CPA firm. Prior to joining Boos & Assocs., David was a Senior Tax Manager with Deloitte & Touche, LLP for almost 12 years. During his tenure there he worked as a federal and state tax law research specialist, a California Enterprise Zone Tax Credits specialist, and a member of the firm’s national Post Merger Integration (“PMI”) group. Prior to joining Deloitte, David practiced law, specializing in Estate Planning.
